Cal Amir teaching an introductions session to a small group

Group Coaching Program

One introduction to the right person
can change the trajectory of your life.

Yet most people never work on theirs. This is four weeks of doing exactly that, in a small cohort, with Cal.

4 week program Starts November 1 Live on Zoom

Why this

People decide in 60 seconds whether you are worth their time.

That filter runs constantly, with investors, executives, clients, and the people who could open the next door for you. Most introductions fail it and the conversation stays polite and goes nowhere.

The more AI handles our communication, the more the few unscripted human moments decide who gets taken seriously. This cohort is four weeks of work on that moment.

The cohort

Four weeks, one introduction, built properly.

  1. Week 01

    The filter

Why people sort you within the first 60 seconds, and the first layers of the framework: making your name stick, and a title with a twist that breaks the box people put you in.

  2. Week 02

    Your story

The attributes every strong origin story needs, why the version people default to is forgettable, and mapping your own into a first draft.

  3. Private hour

    One to one with Cal

A full hour on your story alone, between weeks two and three. This is where the draft becomes something you would actually say out loud.

  4. Week 03

    Delivery

Saying it until it sounds like you. Pacing, what to cut, what to leave open, and live feedback from Cal and the group.

  5. Week 04

    The room

What comes after the introduction. Questions that reach the human instead of the role, reading a room, and the follow up that turns one conversation into the next meeting.

Cal helped me unpack my story and say it with confidence. Now when I meet new people it is so much easier to let them know who I am.

Q&A

When are the sessions?
The cohort starts November 1 and runs four weeks. Session times are set with the group once seats are confirmed so they work across the time zones in the room. Your private hour with Cal is scheduled directly with you.
What if I miss a week?
Sessions are recorded and shared with the cohort, and Cal will catch you up before the next one. The private hour can move if your week does.
Do I need to be a confident speaker already?
No. Most people arrive knowing their introduction is not working and not knowing why. The framework gives you the structure, and the cohort is small, so there is time for everyone.
How is this different from a workshop?
A workshop is one session for a company or a conference audience. This is four weeks on your own introduction, in a small cohort, with a private hour built in. You go further because there is time to draft, practice, and rework.
What does it cost?
Reserve a seat above and Cal will send the details and confirm availability. Seats are confirmed in the order they come in.
